I am Jane and I’m happy you are here.

As a Registered Nurse and a Registered Acupuncturist, I am honored to do this work. I believe acupuncture can support a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional concerns. By creating the right conditions within your body, mind, and spirit, it opens a space for change and healing, helping you feel a renewed connection to yourself, to others, and to the world around you. My goal is to offer a safe and compassionate space where you feel held and heard, with sessions guided by where you are in the moment and tailored to your unique needs.

Acupuncture has been both a personal and professional ally in my own journey of healing. Over the years, I’ve explored many approaches to this medicine, ultimately focusing my studies on the classical teachings of Chinese Medicine. Inspired and informed by the lineage of Daoist Master Jeffrey C. Yuen and trained and mentored by Ann Cecil-Sterman in Classical Chinese Medicine and the Complement Channels, I continue to explore and deepen my understanding and experience of this complete system.

Outside of my practice, I experience and integrate many other healing modalities, including sound, energy work, expanded states of awareness, and plant medicine. My passion is to share this fusion of knowledge and experience with you through my treatments.
