🗓 Availability: If you would like to book in advance or you don’t see any availability, please contact me directly.

💻 Online Appointments: Available on Mondays and some Saturdays

💟 In Clinic Appointments: Available ONLY on Mondays and as noted.

🏠 Location and Accessibility: The clinic is located in a 2 story heritage home. There are stairs leading to the clinic and the treatment room. Please contact me if you are not able to use the stairs to arrange for alternative options. Metered parking and 2 hour free parking available out front and down the street.

🕒 Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hour notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged the full appointment fee.

Direct Billing: Available for most insurance, contact me to inquire.

I am Jane and I’m happy you are here.

As a Registered Nurse since 1999 and a Registered Acupuncturist since 2015, I am honoured to do this work. I believe acupuncture treats a wide array of ailments. By creating the right conditions within your body, mind, and spirit, an opportunity for change and healing occurs, allowing you to feel a re-connection to yourself, others, and the world around you. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where you feel held and heard, as you share any physical, mental, and/or emotional concerns. Sessions are guided by where you are at and I will customize my treatment approach to meet your unique needs.

Acupuncture has been a personal and professional healing ally in my life for many years. I’ve pursued many approaches to this medicine, eventually focusing my studies on the classical teachings. Inspired and informed by the lineage of Daoist Master Jeffrey C. Yuen and trained and mentored by Ann Cecil-Sterman in Classical Chinese Medicine and the Complement Channels, I continue to explore and experience the complete system of acupuncture.

Outside of my practice, I experience the benefits of many other healing modalities, including sound, energy, expanded states of awareness, and various plant medicines. My passion is to share this fusion of knowledge and experience with you, through my treatment offerings.
