I’m Jane, and I’m glad you’re here.

As a Registered Nurse and Registered Acupuncturist, I feel honored to do this work. I believe acupuncture can support a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional concerns. By creating the right conditions in your body, mind, and spirit, it opens a space for change and healing, helping you feel more connected—to yourself, to others, and to the world around you. My intention is to offer a safe, nurturing space where you feel fully supported and heard, with sessions designed around your unique needs as they arise.

Acupuncture has been both a personal and professional ally in my own healing journey. Over the years, I’ve explored many approaches, ultimately focusing on the classical teachings of Chinese Medicine. Inspired by the lineage of Daoist Master Jeffrey C. Yuen and trained and mentored by Ann Cecil-Sterman in Classical Chinese Medicine and the Complement Channels, I continue to deepen my understanding and experience of this complete system.

Beyond my clinical work, I integrate other healing approaches such as sound and voice as medicine, expanded states of awareness, and plant spirit medicine. I recently began a Daoist Death Medicine Mentorship Program with Randine Lewis to further expand my understanding of healing, transformation, and one’s transition. I’m passionate about bringing this blend of wisdom and lived experience into my sessions, supporting you with care, intention, and presence.
